- Captain & Backup Captain - Names, Emails, Phones.
- Roster of Racer Names & Emails
- Each Racer must sign the Waiver below and send in ASAP. (Send waivers ONLY for new racers that do not have one on file.) Sorry NO "typed" signatures unless certified.

Liability Waiver:
Every Racer must have a waiver signed and on file in our office BEFORE getting on our course.

Refund Policy
* If you pay and have to cancel by December 15 - we will refund your money less $100 for commitment fees. Cancelling Dec 15 to Dec 31 - 50% refund. Cancelling after December 31 - NO refund. * 6 weeks of racing are NOT guaranteed but we do everything we can to make-up cancelled nights. We will extend the season as long as the mountain is open for night skiing (Usually early March). This may involve finishing at a different area or running on another night to finish. If 7 weeks cannot be completed before the lifts close - that will be the end of our season (no prorated refund). * If we are unable to start our season - we will offer a partial refund (TBD) or a full rollover option to the next year.
