- Each Racer must sign the Waiver below and send in ASAP. (Send waivers ONLY for new racers that do not have one on file.) Sorry NO "typed" signatures unless certified.

Liability Waiver:
Every Racer must have a waiver signed and on file in our office BEFORE getting on our course.

Refund Policy
* If you pay and have to cancel by November 30, 2023 - we will refund your money less $100 for commitment fees. Cancelling Dec 1, 2023 to Dec 31, 2023 - 50% refund. Cancelling after January 1, 2024 - NO refund. * 7 weeks are NOT guaranteed but we do everything we can to make-up cancelled nights. We will extend the season as long as the mountain is open for night skiing. This may involve finishing at a different area or running on another night to finish. If 7 weeks cannot be completed before the lifts close - that will be the end of our season (no prorated refund). * If we are unable to start our season - we will offer a partial refund or a full rollover option to the next year.
