 - Download and fill out on your computer using Excel
 - Save as 'your AreaNight Teamname' to your hard drive
 - Email as an attachment to racemeister@cityleague.com
 - Let us know how you'd like to pay, check or credit card via secure invoicing from PayPal

How to Pay: Credit Card using PayPal. You can send money via PayPal directly to racemeister@cityleague.com or ask for an invoice to be sent via email from PayPal and you can pay without being a PayPal member.

Note: You can add members as you like right up to and after racing starts. If you need more racers try the bulletin board.

THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT THOROUGHLY BY ALL RACERS PAST AND PRESENT

Print, fill out, sign, scan, save as a pdf (or jpg) and send attached to an email to racemeister@cityleague.com
